I don't want install any subwoofer but i want insonorize the doors

I would like to know if anyone knows the maximum mounting depth of the speakers in the doors and which adapters I need to buy to replace the original speakers.

How can I access the tweeters? Do I have to disassemble the whole dashboard? Is there a guide for this?
