I did just a quick search for OBD bluetooth in the shops from my country, maybe I can find better deals, but it does not seem that expensive.

Cheaper adapters might not work with every software, especially DDT4ALL to change car settings, but should do the trick with apps like Torque.

Well, for start, being to able to use Torque app would be enough for me.
