My Renault App funktioniert nicht

    guten tag.


    Ich hab einen Twingo Baujahr 2020 mit dem großen Radio Display. Mein Problem ist, das ich mein Handy bzw die My Renault App nicht mit dem Radio verbinden kann. Android Auto Bluetooth funktioniert alles, aber ich kann auf koppeln drücken sagt er mir Ich muss am Radio auf bestätigen drücken. Das kommt aber nicht. Ich weiß nicht wo ich das drücken soll. Könnt ihr mir bitte helfen. Auf dem Radio Display erscheint nichts zum drücken. Ich danke euch.

    so, grad ausprobiert. Geht leider nicht. Er schaltet immer automatisch Bluetooth ein. Auch wenn ich es am handy ausschalte und auch im Radio. Er aktiviert automatisch Bluetooth sobald ich USB einstecke und Android Auto sich aktiviert.


    Also leider funktioniert es nicht ??‍♂️?

    so, ich hatte einfach mal Renault Deutschland angeschrieben zu dem Problem.

    Die haben sich gestern gemeldet und ich sollte ihm doch mal Bilder schicken von der Software Version und dem Netz Status. Er hat mir alles beschrieben wo ich das finde. Netz Status gibt es bei mir nicht in den Einstellungen. Ich habe ihm die Software Version gesendet und er leitet das jetzt wohl nach Frankreich weiter und meldet sich dann wenn er was weiß.

    Er wundert sich das halt nie auf dem Display die schlatfläche kommt zum bestätigen.


    Muss man erstmal sagen Daumen hoch von Renault.

    Not connected


    To access this function you need to establish a connection to the radio in the Settings > Bluetooth. Open Bluetooth Settings?


    Despite the phone and the car infotainment are already connected via bluetooth, bluetooth settings show they are connected, I was even able to play the music from the phone on the car for example. But for some reason rev counter does not work. It is a car problem or a phone problem or maybe I forgot to enable some functions?

    First of all, which Radio do you have? The R&Go app only works with the entry level R&Go radio, not the bigger touchscreen ones.

    Yes, my GT has the big touchscreen display. Is there any alternative then?

    Lots of people in here use an OBD Bluetooth adapter and matching phone app. There are also wired OBD devices with a presentable design to mount on the dashboard. You can get them off Amazon for less than €50.

    dies habe ich bei meinem Fahrzeug auch gesucht.

    Kann es sein, das es nur geht wenn das Fahrzeug den GSM Notruf hat?
